ox-alpha-dsh: Ox Alpha Integration and Model Management Tool for DSH Desktop

The DSH Desktop plugin ox-alpha-dsh enables one-click access to OpenRouter models, particularly Ox Alpha, via the official Configuration Seam. It features built-in model definitions, custom provider management, health checks, and model discovery. The plugin supports importing custom models with aliases and provides a bilingual Chinese-English tool interface. It only writes configuration files and does not store API keys; users must configure their OpenRouter API key themselves. Input modalities are limited to text and images.
